- Western Red Cedar - Thuja Plicata
- Red Cedar is valued for its distinct appearance, aroma, and its high natural resistance to decay.
- Western Red Cedar is used for outdoor construction in the form of posts, decking, shingles, siding and cladding.
- Square Edge Planed All Over
- Grade: #2 Clear allowing 15% #4 Clear. (Many boards are clear boards. Up to 15% of boards are Grade 4 with some knots / blemishes)
- Used to create screens, features, trellis and detailing.
- To make a 12 foot long x 6 foot high panel, you will need approx 30 pieces (assuming 18mm gap).
- Approx. 4.5 pieces per Square Metre (M2)
- You will also need additional timber to make the frame.
