Special Orders
Items purchased by Special Orders cannot be cancelled or returned. Return To Store
Sales Receipt must be presented with returns.A restocking charge of 15% applies. Refund by Store Credit only.
Items* can only be returned within 14 days of purchase, providing they are stock items, unopened and in their original unused condition.
Items must be returned to store of purchase.
Clothing can only be returned if the the labels/tags are still attached.
*Bagged / Powder items (e.g. Plasters, Cements, Flooring & Tiling bags) are not returnable due to chain of custody requirement.
Warranty / Defective items will be returned to manufacturer for inspection.
